Foreword: Happiness begins with simplicity and ordinariness.

Happiness begins with the simple and ordinary,

subtle yet enduring, vast and long. As someone once said, "A truly happy life isn't about grand gestures, but like a pot of water, calm and still, but which, when heated, will create ripples..."

A person's life may be dazzling or full of thorns. People often feel that life's path is unbearable, but they never consider that those who have celebrated their golden wedding anniversaries also walked through the ordinary.

Mo Yan said, "Happiness is not thinking about anything, letting go of everything, being healthy, and having no mental pressure." Indeed, contentment brings happiness, and simplicity is true blessing. Those who don't know contentment don't know how to live; they will suffer from life's burdens. Those who don't know contentment don't know how to truly love; they will be confused by love, family, and friendship. Learn to be content, learn to be detached, and let us truly enjoy and savor happiness.

The happiness of ordinary people is nothing more than the mundane details of daily life, a meal, a quarrel, a playful argument; happiness itself is a kind of trivial ordinariness.

Time flows like a river, life is like a dream. As we journey through each stage, looking back, everything that has passed brings endless reflection and insights from behind the silence.

The hustle and bustle fades, the road ahead becomes uncertain, and the cycle of life teaches us much without us even realizing it. A simple life brings happiness, and happiness brings tranquility.

How long is life? How many lifetimes are there? Fill your heart with the ordinary, let your heart be filled with deep affection and true feelings. No matter how bumpy or difficult life may be, live calmly, like a stream flowing quietly; live serenely, like flowers blooming and fading leisurely.

Never complain. Life has no assumptions, no "what ifs," it is full of opportunities and ordinary little things. If you don't have any earth-shattering deeds to do, then be an ordinary person, not pursuing power, influence, profit, or fame, but simply seeking a true life.

What we should cherish most is the present moment. Even in disputes and pain, we must cherish them, for they will slip away unnoticed. Happiness is what is within our grasp. We need not have too many desires; contentment brings happiness. We need not be overly stubborn; tolerance brings joy. Delete tedious memories, discard external troubles. Life is inherently short; fame and fortune are merely extras. Only simplicity brings more joy.

Returning to simplicity is the true essence of life. Simplicity is the true flavor of life, making it as vibrant as blooming flowers, colorful and abundant. True feelings and intentions can be found in simplicity; it is a different kind of happiness.
