Soldiers are given priority because they are bearing the burden for me.

With the Lunar New Year approaching,

train station ticket windows are always bustling.

Every window is packed with people ,

even the "military personnel priority" windows.

Ordinary citizens don't care about that; to buy tickets quickly, what difference does it make which window they choose?

A soldier hesitated for a while before finally asking for priority.

Someone shouted, "What's wrong with a soldier? What's wrong with queuing?"

Immediately, others chimed in, "That's right, that's right! A tall, strong young man, what's wrong with letting ordinary people have their way?"

The soldier's face flushed instantly, as if he'd done something wrong and felt utterly ashamed.

But the ticket seller had to follow the rules.

"Please show your identification!" The soldier

, with only two fingers, held his identification through the window.

The ticket seller hesitated, unsure what to say…

The man said shyly, "There are three left; they were left in Wenchuan ten years ago."

His voice wasn't loud, but it pierced the hearts of the onlookers like a sharp sword.

But those who had initially egged them on were now whispering amongst themselves, pointing and gesturing at the soldiers.

At this moment, a little girl shouted at them, "I think so too! Soldiers shouldn't have priority! Really, why?! Don't you agree?!"

The others looked at the little girl strangely, but still echoed, "Yes, yes, yes! Why?!"

Then, with tears in her eyes, the little girl shouted at them:

"Those who support me!! In the future, if there's a disaster or hardship, solve it yourselves! In war and rescue, you go first! Thank you!!"
